Some advice.
Be terrified to die, then fully accept that it is going to happen.
Afterwards, you will find it very hard not to fill your life with things that matter.
Nothing else grants any damn piece, just the illusion of it. All illusions fade when you stand at the end of yourself, nothing matters except what you have left. Invest into real comfort or face the void afraid. Live well or fear what is next. Hospitals are scary at night.
